Terms and Conditions for Booking a Free 30-Minute Session with Giuseppe Morra – Personal Trainer


1. Session Overview:

- The free session lasts 30 minutes.

- It may take place online or in-person, as agreed upon during booking.

- The purpose of the session is to assess the individual’s fitness knowledge, skills, and potential, and it may consist of a physical assessment, general guidance, or a conversation.


2. Eligibility:

- Participants must be 18 years or older. Minors require parental or guardian consent.

- The session is intended for new clients only.


3. Booking and Attendance:

- Appointments are subject to availability.

- Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.


4. Disclaimer:

- The session does not constitute a full fitness program or training.

- Giuseppe Morra is not liable for any injuries or issues arising from the session if instructions or precautions are not followed.


5. Privacy:

- Any personal information shared during the session will remain confidential and used solely for assessment purposes.
